The combined Agile Foundation and Practitioner course are designed for students who do not already hold an AgilePM Foundation certificate. Learn the key concepts of the Agile Project Management methodology and how to bend projects to meet the demands of customers as rapidly as possible.

Why should I complete the Agile Project Management Foundation & Practitioner (AgilePM®) Training Course ?
There are no official requirements for the Agile Foundation and practitioner course. To take the Agile Practitioner component of the course, however, you must have passed the Agile Foundation test. Before the course, all delegates will get the Pre-course material. This must be completed before attending the session. This four-day course includes the Agile Project Management Foundation and Practitioner courses. The Foundation section of the certification includes training for the AgilePM Foundation certification and is an introduction to the Agile methodology.
What you will gain from this course ?
After earning the Agile PM Foundation & Practitioner certification from the school of professional studies, participants will go on to the Agile PM final component of the course, which takes place on the final day. Our trained trainers will walk you through the process.
Modules
The Agile Practitioner and Foundation course will focus on both the foundation and practitioner models offered by Agile. This course will provide students with intensive detail and knowledge in regard to project management. As a 5 day course, students will gain immersive detail to each module included in the Agile exam. as well as this, they will gain an introduction on Prince2 as a bonus. Starting on day 1, students will be provided with an introduction to project management using case studies. While day 2 will focus on the implementation of methodologies studied prior. Students will be prepared for the foundation exam, in terms of layout and tips for answering. Day 3 will consist of exploring the roles and responsibilities from a project managers perspective. students will also go through the style and format of the exam during day 3. Throughout day 4, students will go take a tailored approach towards 4 case studies and understand these concepts towards their exams. Finally, as a bonus lesson, day 5 will give students an insight into PRINCE2. This process will then be tailored towards Agile to focus on blending them both.

Applicants to the training might range from newcomers to the field to highly seasoned project managers.

The Agile Foundation & practitioner is an intensive course where students will explore the different aspects and content of Agile project management.
This course will introduce project management to students. An overview of the different methodologies will be provided, with fundamentals and implementation. Students will be prepared for the foundation exam with 4 case studies and practice through each lesson.
The Overview will provide a wide understanding and introduction to the different aspects of the exam and project management prospects. Tips will be provided to inform students how to approach the exam.
The roles and responsibilities will provide students will an understanding of the different perspectives while implementing 4 different case studies.
People, teams, and interactions will be explored and developed in understanding the requirements in becoming a project manager. These approaches will be used to develop an understanding of how to complete the exam.
The exam format will be explored with practice questions and case studies throughout the course to expensively explore the different levels and approaches.
As a bonus lesson, students will be introduced to PRINCE 2 by highlighting its themes and processes. The blend between Agile and Prince will be explored and demonstrated to tailor the PRINCE 2 process to Agile.
