Scrum Master Training Course
The Scrum Master Certification is a 4-day course based online & led by an instructor. You will take a 1-hour Scrum Master test on the last day of the course to check your understanding.
Overview
This course combines instructor-led and activity-based learning in which students work in groups. Professional Scrum Trainers bring their personal Scrum Master experiences and experiences to the class and utilise their professional trainer abilities to convey the subject in their distinctive delivery style. This course will be taught across 4 days online, led by an instructor. Day 1 will provide an introduction to both Agile and Scrum and the theme of project management. Following on to day 2, students will go through the Scrum framework followed by case studies. On day 3, Scrum techniques will be explained in-depth. To conclude, day 4 will give students the scaling and adaptation needed. Scrum master examination will be practised and approached.

Entry Requirements
Delegates should have some knowledge of SCRUM, however, there are no specific requirements for the Overview Course.

The Scrum master’s course has been developed to provide a tailored introduction and master of Scrum and Scrum framework. This master will initially introduce Project management in introducing agile and scrum management. Students will be provided with an overview of the different project approaches and be able to define Scrum in detail. The Scrum theory and values will provide students with knowledge regarding the Scrum Framework diagram. A close look into the diagram will provide students with the knowledge and information required in the exam.
Key techniques and case studies will be used to develop student knowledge and manage important exam example questions. Scaling and adaptation will be covered and developed with methodology and adaptation.
Scrum master techniques will be tailored throughout the course to provide students with the relevant information for exam preparation in regards to styles and approaches.
